Please read this document carefully before using the mhs2 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mhs2 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the mhs2 platform immediately. Continued use following any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mhs2 ("Platform"). mhs2 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with appropriate notice to users via the platform.
The mhs2 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have met the required age threshold.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of mhs2 services, users are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. mhs2 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.
- Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
- Keep your account information up to date whenever there are any changes.
- Use a strong and unique password for your mhs2 account.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Do not share your login details with anyone.
Mhs2 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Verification documents may include a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other relevant documents.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Mhs2 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. Any use of the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or to harass other users is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Actions
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt mhs2's security systems.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system.
- Conducting fraudulent transactions or using unauthorised payment methods.
- Altering or manipulating game outcomes or odds through unauthorised means.
Mhs2 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the accounts involved without prior notice in the event of a serious violation.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the mhs2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). mhs2 supports a range of approved local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX and recognised e-wallets available in Malaysia.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the account holder's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
Withdrawal of Funds
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered by the user. mhs2 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial institutions. Users must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
Mhs2 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering. All transactions are subject to internal security checks.
Funds deposited for betting purposes cannot be reversed or cancelled once they have been used for betting. Please ensure you understand all terms before making any deposit.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
Mhs2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service interruptions, or data loss. Use of this platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
Under no circumstances shall mhs2's total maximum liability to a user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mhs2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months, or a request by the user themselves. In the case of closure at the user's request, any valid remaining balance will be refunded once the verification process is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the mhs2 platform are the exclusive property of mhs2 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from mhs2.
Third-Party Links
The mhs2 platform may contain links to third-party websites. mhs2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website they visit.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Changes to Terms
Mhs2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or their registered email. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms in effect.
Continued use of the mhs2 platform after the effective date of any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any complaints or disputes regarding your use of the mhs2 platform, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team first at [email protected]. mhs2 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
